Refund policy

We're all about making you happy, so if you're not quite smitten with your purchase, you're welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just make sure it's in the same pristine condition you found it in, with tags intact and nestled in its original shipping packaging if its still in good condition.

To get the return ball rolling, head over to your account and submit a product return request. If your return gets the green light, we'll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to get your package back to us. Remember, returns that show up unannounced won't be accepted.

For all returns, we don't charge restocking fees — you'll only be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to our warehouse in the United States. International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any duties or taxes charged by their local customs office for sending items back to the US. We're not able to refund duties or taxes paid at checkout. If you have any questions about the return process, don't hesitate to reach out — we're always here to help.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives looking a bit worse for wear, or you're not exactly thrilled with what you received, let us know right away. We'll promptly assess the situation and make things right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we're pretty generous with our return policy, there are a few items that don't fall under its umbrella: gift cards, for instance.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get your hands on the item that truly captures your heart is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll receive a notification letting you know whether your refund has been approved. If it's a thumbs up, your original payment method will be automatically reimbursed within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

If you haven't seen your refund after 15 business days since we approved your return, give us a shout — we'll be happy to investigate.
